Holistic Weight Loss

We will address each of our six suggested holistic health pillars (Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Mental Health, Self-care, and Spirituality):

  • Mondays -- we will have a 40-minute Zoom meeting 

  • Tuesdays -- you will have a worksheet

  • Wednesdays -- we will run a 30-minute WhatsApp group Q&A

  • Thursdays -- you will share a new SMART goal

  • Fridays -- you will download resources
