We will address each of our six suggested holistic health pillars (Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Mental Health, Self-care, and Spirituality):
Mondays -- we will have a 40-minute Zoom meeting
Tuesdays -- you will have a worksheet
Wednesdays -- we will run a 30-minute WhatsApp group Q&A
Thursdays -- you will share a new SMART goal
Fridays -- you will download resources
